my logitech gaming software is stopped working "Logitech Gaming Framework has stopped working"

i cannot install the downgrade version...
It say there's a new version for the software

Still not work. I bought logitech g213 and there's no driver inside the box. And the app say's Input the driver. Can u solve the problem? If u can THANK YOU VERY MUCH

well the driver needed is the logitech gaming software. so what u have to do is actually download that. maybe u could try restarting your system once you uninstall and install the software, then maybe check your anti virus if it might affect your application to open.

if it still can't work, I'm sorry i have no other solution or suggestions to give.
