HELP ME PLEASE

Hello, I have Windows 7 and it will not start. I do not have the operating disk.
I have tried to recover with "Startup Repair", "System Restore" , "System Image Recovery" and nothing.
It Does have something to do with the Drivers. Is there some sort of "Command" prompt that I can use to manually fix this?

If it is drivers then you should be able to start in Safe Mode. If you can't do that then I'd guess the problem is more severe.

CMD prompt is an option.
