No other RAMs have worked. I'm guessing that the RAM slots are bad.

Then you can't know it's a memory issue.
What are the other components?

When you say "won't work" do you mean that you put the computer together but it won't start?

Also, the motherboard manual will state which two slots you can use. It's either both black, or both blue with only two sticks.

You should also test with ONE STICK only (try both one stick at a time). Again, see the motherboard as it shows which slot can be used when installing one stick.

Summary:
- test with one stick only (test both)
- report EXACTLY what happens when you turn on the computer (nothing?)
- possibly a bad motherboard but we need to rule out other factors (power, case switch not working etc)
