Help me please

I doesnt matter what i do i could be browsing the web or playing a game but it will still freeze and i would have to shut it down using the power button and when i turn it on again it doesnt display but a couple of hours later it will turn on but repeat the freeze can you help

From another pc made a hirem boot cd. Run anti virus sweep hdtune to read your hard drive smart info to see if your drive is failing and memtest to check your ram. Inside your pc make sure the CPU and gpu fan are moving and not dust bound.
