i have here a foxconn h61mxv motherboard. It doesn't turn on. i've check the cable wires, all the connectors, all are in correct place...what shall I do???

RMA the board. Try to buy a reputable brand next time like Gigabyte, Asus, ASRock, or MSI. Try to stay away from Foxconn motherboards, regardless of how attractive their prices are.
