motherboard ga-78lmt-usb3
processor amd fx 6300 3.5ghz
onboard graphics i think i read 1gb before but cant find it now
this thing is very slow on half of the games ive tried witch is a total of 4 now
is there any way to speed this up

its got a 400w psu

Buy a graphics card, look at the R9 270X if money is an issue, if it isn't then look at the R9 290 or 290X, if they are new games like dying light, new current gen type of games, then you might want to look into an AMD 8350, what PSU have you got?

The onboard graphics are not very good. You need to get an actual graphics card. Your PSU and budget will dictate how much you can go.

thanks i didnt realize that about the graphics card it plays video pretty well though

For just regular video, IGP is generally fine. For gaming, not so much.
