I tried upgrading to windows 10 but did not like it so switched back to windows 7. Now my laptop is acting up and I want to factory reset but It won't let me someone help please

Here is how to restore the machine to its factory settings using Rescue and Recovery on a Lenovo:

1. Turn off your PC, then turn it on again

2. While the initial screen is displayed, press the Lenovo Care button

3. After the Rescue and Recovery workspace opens, you can do the following:

- Rescue and Restore your files, folders, or backups (System Reset)
-Configure your system settings and passwords
-Troubleshoot and diagnose problems using diagnostics
