Help me please

Hello, yesterday i was using my laptop an acer v17 nitro black edition and as soon as i was about to launch dying light my screen suddenly turn off my laptop stayed on but screen didnt. So now wen i turn on the laptop the screen is on because the backlight is on but its black. Help please.

pull out the battery and power plug. try to boot again and see what happens.

do i need to unscrew the laptop.

probably dont need to unscrew. there is most likely a small pin hole you can fit a paper clip in on the bottom of the machine. just lightly press until you feel a click. if its not there, read the manual on how to reset the battery or call acer and ask them.
