hELP ME PLEASE

my pc has a start up problem.

basically, i turn on my pc, it goes to the asrock loading screen then either goes to a black screen or restarts. i cant boot into windows normally at all only in safe mode which doesnt allow me to play games. i can only get onto windows if i wipe and install a fresh windows but after that i have to keep on wiping just to get on and play games. HELP

test your memory with memtest one at a time..... if your throwing out copious amounts of errors it will corrupt your boot up... if so... surprised you can even play at all...

1-- test your hard drive--- crystaldiskinfo/ or hardisk sentinel
2_ test your memory one at a time
3_ throw in a known good PSU.... or get a psu tester from amazon
4) re-paste your CPU to the cooler if possible
5- you getting all the latest drivers installed correctly?

try those.....for now.
