Could you guys recommend a good computer, wether that be a laptop or desktop for capturing gameplays w my elgato game capture card. I would like to edit these videos & put them on YouTube but I need a better computer. That’s really all I need to use this computer for. No lag or freezing. 720 60fps or 1080 60fps... Keep it under $800

Did you even read his post? He doesn't need a gaming rig, and your video editing rig takes massive compromises to get in a GTX 1060 6gb which is useless for video editing. A Ryzen 7 with FAST ram, a good size SSD for the OS and as a scratch drive for editing, and then a hard drive for storage is where this build should be. A basic video card is all he needs, a GT 1030 (heck a GT 710) can easily play video at what he is asking.

Did you even read what the OP wanted or are you seriously suggesting spending $450 on a GPU and going $100 over budget? Also neither of your RAM picks are good for Ryzen, you want at least DDR4-3000 in a 2 x 4GB kit. DDR4-3200 would be preferable.
