Help Me Please

I have a GTX 1070ti and it used to run games at 150+ fps with no problem, but lately it's has only been getting 50 fps with constant stutters.
My specs
Cpu: Ryzen 5 1600
GPU: Asus Strix GTX 1070ti
Mobo: Msi b350 Tomahawk
Ram: 2x8 Corsair Vengance RGB DDR4 3000
Psu: Corsair RM750x
SSD/HDD: 1 Samsung 960 Evo nvme m.2 & 1 Tb Seagate Constellation ES
The temps are around 55°c while gaming. If you know what's going on please so inform me. Thank You!

You could try reinstallign the lastest version of drivers for your gpu on: https://www.geforce.com/drivers

I just updated the drivers, I play Rainbow Six Siege, PUBG, and TES IV Oblivion
