I have a ATX-500B and I also brought a new graphic card GTX-1060 there are only 4 pins from the psu and I need 6 for the graphic card.

You need to replace that crappy power supply. It's not going to support using the GTX1060. Take a look at Tom's guide for a better PSU: https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-psus,4229.html

You don't have to spend much but if the PSU doesn't have the right connections then it's a no go.
