I have a problem and would like your help for me
when we play the game, you should turn on what customizations to better image and better.Such as: Vsync, Anti Aliasing, MSAA, TXAA, PhysX, SSAA...
My computer configuration like this:
mainboard: MSI X99 SLi plus
chipset: Intel core i7 5820k
Ram: 32gb DDR4 gskill bus 2400mhz
GPU: EVGA gtx 980ti Classifield
ssd: samsung 120 gb (for OS)
ssd: samsung 500 gb (for install Games)
hdd: Seagate 2TB (for Data)
PSu: Corsair rm850i
Would enable the custom or not?

If you're asking whether or not to increase graphics settings, then yes, you should since you have a 980 Ti, but do not enable Vsync.

Vsync can massively increase frame time. For much older games it's useful because you don't want to be maxing your card when there's no point, but in newer games it just results in microstutters.

V-sync is going to depend on resolution and how much screen tearing bothers you.
