Question Help me pls!!

every time i try using a program on windows 10 it gives me this error "systemprofile crt win0 (ox000). xtr reg disk 0" I am on the latest version of windows, did a clean install and i even used a new drive but still no hope. It keep showing this message. It is not only 3 rd party programs but also the default apps that comes with windows. I need help please. I cant do anything because nothing will launch (sorry for my English)

I used the window media tool from Microsoft website, bought a product key and installed it.

Go to this location and check if its there.
C:\windows\system32\config\systemprofile
if not, go to cmd and use this command,
"sfc /scannow"
After it finishes, reboot.

I did what you said and it fixed the message but nothing will launch and it keep telling me "access is denied"
