Hey okay so it's near my birthday and I was wondering what I should purchase for my pc

Specs
Kolink Punisher MIDI Tower Case
BE Quiet 500Watt Bronze Power Supply Unit
Asus Rog Strix Z390-f Gaming
Samsung Pro EVO 240GB SSD HDD
Corsair CMK32GX4M2D3200C16 Vengeance LPX 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4 3200 MHz C16 XMP 2.0 High Performance Desktop Memory Kit, Black
Western Digital Black 1 TB HDD

Seagate 4 TB Expansion USB 3.0 Portable 2.5 Inch External Hard Drive for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 (STEA4000400)
Palit GEFORCEGTX 1060 6Gb Super Jet
Intel i7 8700k OC at 5ghz

I was thinking of getting a monitor like

https://www.amazon.co.uk/ASUS-PG278...sync+144hz+4k&qid=1558187168&s=gateway&sr=8-2
that ^

or maby a new graphics card like this https://www.amazon.co.uk/ASUS-GeForce-NVIDIA-Architecture-ROG-STRIX-RTX2060-6G-Gaming/dp/B07MCCHNKY/ref=pd_sbs_147_4/257-3797957-9736044?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B07MCCHNKY&pd_rd_r=b22dec8e-7971-11e9-9f7f-3dae794a9fc3&pd_rd_w=DJB1A&pd_rd_wg=gwMw9&pf_rd_p=18edf98b-139a-41ee-bb40-d725dd59d1d3&pf_rd_r=P446T5GAS492GBAGB8A2&psc=1&refRID=P446T5GAS492GBAGB8A2

or maby something higher like 2080

or maby even something completely different like a new SSD

What would you suggest for me to get?

I like the idea of a new monitor.
Consider the choice carefully.
A monitor will last a long time.
I think I would look for a larger/wider monitor for more immersive gaming.
Perhaps a 4k resolution.
Keep your old as a side monitor for static apps such as email or performance monitors.

Your cpu and the OC is excellent. I am a bit surprised that a hyper212 is doing the job for you.
No need to change it out if your temperatures gaming are 75c. or so.

For a cheap upgrade, look at a 16gb optane m.2 device to cache your HDD

If you favor fast action games, then go for the RTX2060.
