Help me repair a toshiba Satelite

powering on but no screen display, hard drive not running, fan not rotating but only DVD ROM is responding. please help me out

If the intake fan doesn't respond then, the laptop will definitely not work to prevent overheating..

Possible cause is that the laptop mainboard is not being powered.

No,,, Not dropped. it just started to over heat

You may need to send it to a technician to replace or repair the heatsink fan
