Help me select CPU

I'm planning to buy an i5-6600k that costs $240 here in my country. I wonder if what's gonna be it's price next year.. Now i want a better proc (i7) that will likely be at the same price next year. What should i get???

The prices you see now aren't going to change much, if at all, in one year.

Either save up for the i7 or bite the bullet and buy the i5 now. Either way you'll be fine.

if u want more bang for buck in general, the ryzen 1600 offers good value for the price. its good even in gaming. almost within 10% of 7600k when overclocking.
