Help me,Specs capable but very laggy(LENOVO IDEAPAD Y310)

So I have idepad 310 laptop,the spec is i5-6200u,gt920mx,and 12 gb ram.I've update my driver to the latest and play with maximum perfomance.But when I play a game like far cry4,I've only had 15 fps,while in the youtube I've seen many people who has worse specs than me but capable of playing the game with 30fps(I3-5010u,4gb,gt920m) and that's make me feel very frustated.Not only FC4,a games like pes 2018,I've only had 20fps and again,while the others who has worse spec than me got 30 fps.PLEASE ANSWER BCOZ I'M SO FRUSTATED(Anyway I've already formatting and it's still lagging)

I've playing game that should be capable with my spec, but it turns out I only have 15 fps in FC4, while the other who has worse spec got 30 fps

Let me guess you say a guy on youtube running it on lower specs? Because according to the benchmarks it's not going to run at what most would call a playable level.
