I wanna have a best CPU liquid Cooler 420 mm AOI

Which one would you guys suggest?

I have one but I'm still thinking
Corsair ICUE H170i Elite Capellix XT Liquid CPU cooler.

They're pretty neck and neck once your personal fan curves come into play, with some minor details here or there; there isn't a best.

Corsair's likely the LED favorite, but the mandatory iCUE software does put some folks off.

Arctic's Liquid Freezer IIs have attractive pricing, but the thicker radiator can cause compatibility issues; 38mm thick vs 25-30mm from other models. The VRM fan is a bit of a gimmick.

Alphacool Eisbaer Aurora/Pro is a full copper loop(galvanic corrosion is avoided), can be flushed + refilled, but kinda pricey and not as widely available as some other models.

Phanteks Glacier One 420 D30 does not appear to be available - yet. I'm seeing news of Oct 2023, but none to purchase currently.

Thermaltake is, well... they don't have the most positive rep. Their cases and psus get the most attention, though not always for good reasons.

I personally like the Eisbaers,
-Doesn't require software to operate; bios works well enough for me.
-It does away with one of the 3 common causes of AIO failures: chemical. Others won't think much of that, but it's a plus to me.
-The window lets you monitor fluid level - neat. Why others don't do this, I'm not sure...
-You can flush + refill it, which most don't really let the user do - I'm aware some models do, though that's where the full copper loop feature comes in.
-Replacing the pump motor when it dies is also an option... might be more trouble than it's worth, IDK*, but it's still optional.
[I'm right at the 3 year mark with the current Eisbaer Aurora 360.]
but my suggestion to others goes to the LF II A-RGB despite that, just because of that pricing. If it doesn't fit, I guess I'd have to suggest one of the others...

I'm choosing the case Lian Li o11DXL-XL
Is it possible to install 2 liquid coolers? Or 1 not more?

And what about NZXT Kraken liquid cooler and lian li galahad 360

You could fit two in that case but why. Its not easy to find an AIO that works on a GPU.

here are some but they all same maker - https://www.titanrig.com/cooling/all-in-one-cooler/aio-gpu-cooler.html and they for specific GPU.

Generally, its easier to buy a GPU that is watercooled from factory than to try make a GPU work with one after.

The VRM fan is a bit of a gimmick.
it does work but it doesn't add a lot. See video:

I wanted to buy AsRock Aqua RX 7900 XTX but the price same as 4090 so why not go after 4090 but I still like more Aqua.

not sure I would pay as much as a 4090 for a xtx.

Aqua doesn't use an AIO, its for actual water cooling

So is the Liquid Devil

I can't find a comparison

What I meant by GPU with AIO is closer to: https://www.msi.com/Graphics-Card/GeForce-RTX-4090-SUPRIM-LIQUID-24G

You can run dual AIO; I'm currently doing that in an O11 Evo.

Your query was about 420mm AIOs, and neither of those are available in that size, so I didn't even look their way.
Krakens are similar to iCUEs, but less flashy.
The Day 1 reviews for the Galahads are good, but user reviewers have been hit and miss for gen 1(premature clogging). I don't know about those gen 2s.

Like Colif posted, that's not an AIO, that's a custom loop part. You'll have to buy the reservoir and pump/pump+res combo, fittings, tubing, radiator, etc.
Interesting that there's no pre-assembled gpu AIOs for Radeon 7000, but there are for Geforce 40. That still leaves the kits, though.
Alphacool's like the only one left that does gpu AIO kits(Eiswolf 2 is the most recent), and you can check gpu compatibility with their configurator: https://www.alphacool.com/en/gpu-config

If that little fan is seriously keeping mobo VRMs from throttling, then you've got bigger problems. VRM can tolerate up to 100~120C, depending on specs.
If that fan died before other parts of the cooler, I wouldn't miss it.

By the way I fi want to install GPU AIO Liquid Cooler then I need specific motherboard isn't it? Cuz I already have CPU liquid Cooler

Then is it okay have at the same time Alphacool Eiswolf 2 AIO GPU Cooler & Backplate for RTX 4090

Liquid Freezer II 420 A-RGB

Yes, but I assume you made a typo earlier, as that case doesn't support 420mm... you must've meant the Evo XL, 'cause that one does.

On
Asus ROG Strix X670E-E Gaming Wi-Fi
ASUS ROG Strix X670E-A Gaming WiFi ?? And which motherboard is better?
Motherboards really shouldn't be picked out like that('which is better'). They're a personal choice, like cases are.
There are features you need/want from a board that someone else doesn't, and vice versa. Examine what both boards offer and make your judgement from there.
