Help me to choose Dell P2217H or Asus BE229QLB

I don't know which monitor to choose. Both are IPS and price almost same. Should I buy 24" instead of 22" for coding (sometimes photoshop and illustrator)? It's my 2nd monitor. I hardly play games.

Ryans Computers is better in Bangladesh.
24" monitors aren't well priced there, 21.5" is the way to go then.

Yes I know. I bought my PC from ryans.
But those monitors are not available in ryans.

Dell S2216H is glossy and impossible to rotate portrait mode.
