Hi. Im from malaysia. Yes i know the plane is not found yet. Long live PM Najib!

Anyway, im planning to build my first gaming pc with thight budget for dota 2, fifa, cod and some racing games. So i decide to go with KL shop package:

Amd fx-6300
Asus M5A78L-M LX mobo
4gb kingston ram
500gb wd hdd
Lg dvd rw
Atx chasis + 500 w power supply
Total : around 320$

So, someone can help me to decide what gpu should i buy? Or should i forget that set and buy piece by piece? My budget is maximum 400$ without monitor etc.

Thanks in advance!

Save some money and go with an asus mobo, an i5, and a good gpu like a 270X or a 770. Also, go with 8 gigs of RAM. $400 is not enough for actual "gaming"

well for 80$ left there's not many options, maybe a radeon r7 250 and gt640 but they won't play over 720p medium details... not to mention you could use another 4gb ram for dual channel... the combo isn't overpriced it's just that the budget is too tight.

at 400$ you could maybe find a A10 based apu isntead

Well though I agree 500 - 600 would be better, but what you picked out is fine. Yes I could change a lot to match what I want/what I would put in, but I think you did a good job. So you only left yourself $80 for one of the important parts in your rig? I'm guessing that you will be using this for more than just playing games? Will this be for 1080p gaming?

If I needed a GPU and only had $80 to $100, I would get a Gigabyte GV-R775OC-2GI

If your budget allows for it, yes that is a good combo and would be faster than what I selected. I was just trying to stay completely in your $400 budget.
