Help me to choose wifi card

Hello I want to install in my pc wifi card, and friend suggested two cards, but I'm not good on wifi cards so please help me decided which one is better and why?
1. TP-Link Archer T8E
2. TP-Link Archer T6E

to be honest, you can probably get away with just a simple usb wifi adapter.
