i buy 6970ati and in the game he stop working and i sell it now i want one vga to can for my motherboard with 300euro

Assuming that your cpu is a Q8400 (going by the clock speed), I would get an HD7870XT. These are available for around €200. Make sure that you thoroughly remove the Nvidia drivers before installing the AMD drivers. This might also have been your problem with the HD6970.

You have to remove the drivers with driver sweeper in save mode. Then place the new card and install the drivers for the 6970.

Yes, as long as it's PCI-e. Make sure that it can handle the games you wish to play though.
