help me to upgrade my PCs

Hai friends..
I am having 2 old pcs [intel d101ggc, hp dc5100sff].I am going to upgrade one of it.Please suggest me which is giving best perfomance on upgrading. The intel one is carrying pentium 4 524 and hp is carrying pentium 4 640, both has integrated graphics. Ram is 1.5gb[intel] and 3gb[hp]. So,anyone please help me in upgrading cpu,gpu and a quiet cooler for intel pc. I need it only for browsing(high flash contents) ,watching videos(1080p) without any crash.

by the time you upgrade either you would have spent a lot and gotten little. i would recommend buying a cheap $250-300 pc from best buy or walmart or something. you are looking for basic performance for basic tasks and these system will do it fine for the price. these will at least have newer tech in it plus a fresh copy of windows. this is what i would do. if you wish to build a new pc, give a budget and i can put a low power build together as well.

Can anyone mention a graphics card for this pc?? Price doesnt matter.. What is its model. .Dont suggest me to upgrade mobo
