1) What sort of applications are you using your PC for? Gaming or rendering models?

2) If gaming, what sort of games are you looking to play?

3) What is your budget for upgrade?

I'm going to be honest, I don't think your PC is worth upgrading, at least not at this time where components are very expensive due to shortages and high demands.

Your PC, is capable of running most modern AAA games in around medium or even high settings.

However, If you still want to upgrade your PC then try running an UserBenchmark Test to see if any of your hardware are holding you back, so that you can make a more informed decisions on which components to upgrade: https://www.userbenchmark.com/Software

Also, what is your PSU brand, model and age? Its good to ensure that you have a good quality PSU to fuel your PC. An bad PSU could put your components at risks.
