i want to use it for playing games first and foremost

i dont know what my budget limit is ... i guess not so much that it will not let me buy a new computer in the future .. as little money as possible ..
i just think that i wish i could have dlss i believe this dlss would help A LOT for my system

I'm going to be honest, I don't think your PC is worth upgrading, at least not at this time where components are very expensive due to shortages and high demands.

Your PC, is capable of running most modern AAA games in around medium or even high settings.

However, If you still want to upgrade your PC then try running an UserBenchmark Test to see if any of your hardware are holding you back, so that you can make a more informed decisions on which components to upgrade: https://www.userbenchmark.com/Software

Also, what is your PSU brand, model and age? Its good to ensure that you have a good quality PSU to fuel your PC. An bad PSU could put your components at risks.

how many people play 4k anyway? is there a statistic about that?

i can do 2k very well with this computer still but i don tknow if 2k is a good resolution or if i am stuck behind everyone
