[SOLVED] Help me upgrade/build a PC mostly for VR

My current PC specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 @ 3.20GHz(4 CPUs)
GPU: Sapphire Radeon RX 580 4GB Pulse
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-Z97P-D3
PSU: SUPER FLOWER 650w 80plus bronze
RAM: G.Skill Ares 8GB DDR3-1600MHz
CASE: NZXT Lexa BlackLine Black Steel case

My main concern is to upgrade my experience while playing VR(Oculus Rift S). I would like to sell my current rig and buy everything new because i cannot buy a new cpu for example without also buying a new mobo and ddr4 ram. Currently i can play every game like beat saber, pistol whip etc, but the graphics are not that good. I am buying everything from https://www.skroutz.gr/ . I dont really have a budget in mind but i guess i do not have to spend more than 1000 euros.

I am considering to start my new rig with the following cpu and ram but i am open to suggestions.

Hey, thanks for your anwser, this is a nice site, i read the vr builds section. I like the solid vr build but why going for 2666 ram? Is there any chance i have a problem if i use 3200 ram on the x570 gigabyte mobo?
