Good day to everyone.
Need help for upgrading my pc,
My pc specs:
Cpu : G4560
Mobo : asrock b250m pro4
Ram : kingston hyperx 2133mhz 8gbx1
GPU : msi gtx 1060 3gb
SSD : 128gb adata su800
HDD : wd 500gb
PSU : seasonic m12 620w +bronze

Pc mostly use for gaming, sometimes watching movie, play music....

I play games on 1080p at 60hz, at high.

I saw someone selling a used i5 6600k (6000php) 114usd, and i can swap it to i5 6400+(3000php) 57usd. Should i take that? Or do i really need upgrade?
My budget for upgade is 170usd

Im playing mostly offline games like:
Assassins creed, gtav, watchdogs series, cod series, farcry series etc...
Want to play more games like ffxv, farcry 5, or newer titles @1080p 60hz on high setting, even on mid as long as it smooth.

TIA.

Solution
I'd go for the i5-6600 and you can still use the same stock cooler as your G4560. Then just sell the G4560 processor only (or keep it, whatever) and maybe buy a Cryorig H7 or Hyper 212 Evo. Either way though, without being overclocked it shouldn't get too hot.

But cant find a cheap i7 6700,
And also dont have after market cooler for i5 6600k, but i can swap it for i5 6400+57 usd so i can add ram if possible. But this one should benefit me? Or just buy 6600k then sell my g4560 so i can buy an after market cooler? Or upgrade to a newer gen?
And also i want to use my pc for atleast 2 year or more...
And thanks for your fast respone..

If i pick this 6600k, will this be good in 2 or more years?
is there a less expensive fan that can do the job for about 20$ or less?
Or use stock cooler and buy a better thermal paste?
Also dont planning to overclock.
