I am using Lenovo B470 old one for a while and decided to upgrade ram 2GB to 4GB . I just bought silicon power 2GB DDR3 - 1600 L according to crucial and local store .
When I added both ram sticks and turned on my laptop , laptop tried to boot and light on and sound appear "click" (only one click, not a continuous one,I think from drive) and then turned off, 3-4 s later, light on - click - shut down . It happened again and again.

I also tried each stick in each slot. Old stick is still working as always in both slot. But with new stick , after entering password for PC user , screen gone black in both slot .

Someone help me please.

Solution
I actually did a little research, and found that your CPU does not support memory speeds past 1333, see here for specifications

Could also be dead ram, can you try it in another system or perhaps see if the place you bought it from will exchange it or give a set of ram with (slower) speed to try it on?
