With core2 @ 2ghz 7850 is a ridiculous overkill. OP, you need a faster CPU first. You can get a core2 quad for very little now- used of course. Any quad you get will be miles ahead of what you have right now for everyday tasks.

ANY modern GPU will be godsend. Even a 50$ one will feel super fast for most games and full hd YT video viewing.

You probably don't need more than 4gb of ram. So additional 2 will be fine.

You will need a new PSU, no doubt about it.

I picked this GPU because it's PCI express 2.0. I read that 2.1 and above May have issues with my mobo. Suggestions?
