Help me upgrade my PC

i am new to this gaming pc thing i dont know what to upgrade this is my first time to upgrade it. my budget is 600 cad. so this is my current set up

GPU/VGA Type: AMD Radeon R7 250 2 GB
Operating System: Windows 10
Processor: AMD FX-8320 3.5 GHz

What power supply, mobo, and case do you have? I'd probably buy an RX 470 or 480 4GB in your case and get a decent CPU cooler if you don't already have one.
