I'm starting off leaving my pc specs for you:

CPU: Intel core i5-3470 Quad-Core 3,2Ghz
Memória cache L2: 6Mb
RAM: 8Gb DDR3
GPU: MSI Radeon RX 570 ARMOR 4G OC
Fonte de alimentação: Seasonic S12II 520W
Motherboard: P8H77-V LE
Memória: Kingston SUV400S37/240G 240GB SATA SSD
Monitor: Asus MS228
Hard drive: WD blue 1tb

With what I got, I'm able to play most games in highest quality, but there are a few games, paladins for example, where the performance can go a little low when there is too much going on. It's not that crazy of a difference, but still, I wanna do what I can to make it perfect.

So, I'm asking you, do you have any idea what this could be? And mainly, I want to upgrade it either way. What do you think I should go for? I have around 400 euros to spare to upgrade my gaming pc. I don't need it for anything else. I appreciate all of your opinions.

Solution
At this point, save your money until you can afford to replace most of it.

You are at that tricky point where the computer is adequate, but upgrading it to be 'average' is going to cost a lot.

If I had to suggest parts: An i7-3770, an additional 8GB of memory, and a much faster GPU like a GTX1070.

But really, An i5-8400, B360 motherboard, and some new DDR4 is really what you should spend money on, then whatever you can afford for a GPU. Since the total of that is greater than 400 euro, that is why I suggest saving.

You can certainly do the CPU/Motherboard/RAM for 400 euro, but then you would still have the RX570 for a while. So if you can save another 3-400 euro, then you will see an impact.

For Paladins it's likely on their end (its very common), not your pc. Your specs should have no problem with it at all.

I agree with Eximo. Your pc is fairly balanced as is. If you had to upgrade I think I would also start with the mid range cpu/mobo/16gb ram. Then gpu. Whatever is in your range at the time.
