Help Me Upgrade

I am looking to upgrade my PC so it can play more games.
I want to play the following games at max settings with a smooth 60 fps-
-Witcher 2(Uber sampling not needed)
-Alan Wake
-Unreal Development Kit
-Outlast
-Anything the next generation throws at me

My current specs-
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2320 CPU @ 3.00GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.0GHz
Memory: 8192MB RAM
Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Card name: AMD Radeon HD 6450

there's nothing wrong with the system you have. you do need a new graphics card. what is your monitor resolution and what power supply do you have?
