Hello, i have a optiplex 980 and i need a good graphics card and a good psu.

My budget is 200euros.

Pc parts : i5 650 3.20 ghz 3.19 ghz, 0D441T mother board, 300 watt psu, 8gb of ram, 465 gb of room, HD graphics graphic card

You might want to look at the Zotac GTX1050Ti 4GB Mini. That has a BTX layout and doesn't have room for a card with a 2 slot wide bracket. The MB mounts on the left side. The card will go away from the other expansion slots.

The Dell PSU can power that GPU so save your money. Those only take 95W CPUs, so a 75W GPU is no problem.
The 1050Ti 4Gb can choke with 8GB system RAM in some programs. I would get 12GB RAM in there.
The Zotac has a legacy BIOS. You will need to turn off Secure Boot, and turn on Legacy Mode in the BIOS.

Do you have the MT (tower) or one of the smaller versions? The ASUS card you showed was full height and will only fit the MT size.
If you have the DT or SFF the answer will be much different.
I see in another post you list a 240W PSU. I don't see that listed in the manual (page8).

Dell PSUs are quality parts and can power any CPU that system supports and all the slots and bays available.
The MT had a 305W PSU available or a 255W. The 305W is beastly.
let me know which specific Opti 980 you have.
