[SOLVED] Help Me upgrading

Hello, I'm looking to upgrade my shitty pc to a "little" better pc, Im thinking these
These are my current specs:
i5 2320
amd hd7850 sapphire 1gb vram
8 gb ram (2x4)
fujitsu D2990-A1
500watt psu
500gb hdd

these will be my new specs:
i5 2500k
GTX 1060
8gb ram(2x4)
fujitsu D2990-A1
500w psu
500gb hdd
120gb ssd

Are these good upgrades?, WIll i finally be able to play ark without lag on medium/high? And is it worth it?

Looks like you should be fine with the selected components for original target. Not going to run epic settings, but medium seems reasonable for around 50-60 FPS. Just searched for Youtube vids with 1060 3GB and some older i7 series CPUs.

Yeah, in near future im gonna buy a used asrock z77 extreme4 and try to get 4.2ghz or smth like that on cpu.
Will i need to upgrade my cpu cooler or is stock fine with 4ghz

Should be 'OK' there, but recommend a better cooler for any kind of decent OC. Intel stock coolers aren't really good for anything other than stock performance. This thread is getting a bit long. If further info is needed, just send a PM.
