Help ME windows 7

I have 2 drive.1 name C and 1 more name E..i want to change the label from E to C.and make the E as boot,system....but i dont know how to do it

Without knowing more about your system, the basic steps are:
Remove both drives
Reinstall the one you want to be boot (C drive)
Install Windows
Reinstall the other one
