Hi, forgive my bad english is not my first language.
Weeks ago I had just assembled my first PC with the ryzen 5700g. But since then I have always had a problem with the screen: Suddenly it freezes for a few seconds and then it goes completely black and I have to restart. It happens especially when I watch videos on YouTube or use my video player. In the event viewer says "amdwddmg stopped responding and has successfully recovered"
I think I have located the problem and it's the display driver AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics of my APU: It says "device not started (dispositivo no iniciado)"

Here you have a screenshot of the Event Viewer, for some reason there are 2 AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics that say the same:

I have tried different things like installing the latest drivers cleanly or reset Windows but I still have the same problem.

My configuration is:
Motherboard: B550 Phantom Gaming-ITX/ax
Ram: G.skill Royal F4-3200C16D-16GTRS
Power supply: Corsair SF600 Platinum
Cpu/Apu: Ryzen 5700G
Disk: Samsung 970 plus 1tb
Bios: The latest of Asrock

Here you have some screenshots that may be useful to you.

Will my Ryzen be faulty?

How did you update the BIOS? It says on the motherboards website, ''To support Ryzen 5000 G-series processors, it requires to update the BIOS with Matisse, Renoir or Vermeer CPU'' Did you use one of these CPU's to update the BIOS to 2.20? Or when you bought the motherboard, was it already updated? Also, have you checked to see if your RAM is on the motherboards QVL list?

The truth is that I upgrade to version 2.20 without using those processors. And the RAM I have does not appear in the Asrock compatibility list but it does appear in the G.skill QVL. I have suspected that I have a RAM problem... My first setup with this mobo had cheap Kingston Fury ram but I swapped them for these G.Skills, but with both I have the same problems.

My problem with Asrock's QVL list is that the Cezanne processor models are out of stock/date where I live.

Maybe the solution to my problem is to change the configuration of the ram in the BIOS.... the cores, the frequencies, etc?
