I am thinking of buying a gt 1030

Hi to everyone..

specs
mobo: Dell Inc. 0GDG8Y
cpu: i3 2120 @ 3.30GHz
ram: 2x2gb ddr3 @ 665MHz (9-9-9-24)
psu: Dell 300w
monitor: Acer b193W (1440x900@75Hz)

Questions
1) These GPUs are PCIe x16 3.0, my mobo is PCIe x16 2.0. I read some forums that I would not have any problem, but I want to confirm and be sure. Am I gonna have any problem?

2) Am I gonna have any bottleneck with my cpu?

3) I have cable VGA to VGA,
If I buy a DVI-D to HDMI it should work, right? Or should I buy DVI-D to DVI-D? And should it be Active or Passive?
(The gpu does not have vga, my monitor has both VGA and DVI-D) (Read that the adaptors are not much effective as cables are, and that's logical)

I don't want to spend much money on a gpu, i've made my research on those GPUs and they're not bad. I want to play games mostly Rocket League, Minecraft, Civ V and at low-end graphics new games that does not require a beast PC.

Thanks in advance!

hey thanks man!
do u have a specific gt 1030 recommendation?

It's only that the MSI has HDMI and Display port.
The EVGA seems nice as well, but it's quite expensive than the others, and the ports are 2 DVI-D.
But I'll check it out again. Thanks!
