Hi i have Gigabyte B450M H mobo.
I bought a ryzen 5 5600x but the motherboard can't recognize it because it doesn't have a new Bios version on it. Can I somehow update the bios without buying an old ryzen processor?

There are some B450 motherboards that offer a 'bios flashback' function that allows the bios to be updated without a CPU installed using a USB stick.

Unfortunately looking at the Gigabyte website at that board, it doesn't list that as a feature so I don't think your board offers that function. Your best bet would be to pick up a second hand 1st gen Ryzen cpu to get the board going, something like a R3 1200 or 2200g would probably be your best options (the latter might be a good thing to have for trouble shooting as the 2200g has an iGPU as well).
