Solution
No need to spend your hard earned money on FX 9590 , its just a overclocked version of 8350 :)
Evan a FX 4300 will beat IC i3
i suggested the cheapest motherboard that i can , any cheaper motherboard will destroy your perfomance as cheaper motherboards dont have capacity to power all of 8 cores of AMD FX 8350
A10 Series os for ppl who are not going to use any gpu specially for ppl who are doing editing and stuff, A10 7850k is an APU i.e its has a integrated gpu which is no good for gaming and ofc futureproofing
Nowadays games are being really CPU INTENSIVE and AMD 8350 can handle them
For the MOBO i must have took a MSI's one they have 2X SLI ie you cand add to GPU anytime you need
AMD FX 8350 is ofc powerful than i3 and also crosses i5 but the only place it lags is it has a weak single core perfomance but it has a better price/perfomance ratio
So better stick to 8350 and you will be futureproof to 3-4 years until AMD launches a new architecture

u cant have both good cpu as well as gpu at that budget .. if u get fx 8350 u will have sacrifice on gpu .. and fx 8350 dissipates lots of heat , so any mobo wont do the job + u will have too look for cpu cooler and a good mobo to overclock it which in-turn leads to increase in ur budget for the build or reduce the price allotted for ur gpu .

and about i3 vs fx 4300/6300 unless u overclock , performance per core i3 beats it ... whatz the use of lots of core which cant perform fast . why buy 100 bicycles when u can get a bike at same price
