HELP ME with gpu

I am building a pc and i dont seem to have the correct pins or adequate power supply connectors, am i missing something, also does the motherboard plug have 20+4 pin cuz mine does and i dont know if im forcing it in and breaking it

i have a rosewill valens 600m and z97 fatal1ty and an xfx r9 380x

i thinki its my psu, i tried the paper clips test and it isnt starting

ok well not i got it running, i still need help, can i use 2 6 pins to supply my gpu with power? also where is the short button to do a test boot on the z97 fatal1ty?
