Help me with IBT results 6700K

So ive OC'd my 6700K to 4,7ghz and i just heard about this IBT program (v 2.54) and ran it for 10 minutes on maximum and i got these results and i wanted to ask if they were ok.
I kinda thought the program would give me more data,like the max temp of each core but it didnt... i just had the msi afterburner on on the side showing me the overall cpu temp and it peaked at 80C. I probably need to run it like 10 times b4 im sure its stable but im just wondering about these numbers.

4.7 is outstanding.; you scored a good chip.
More than temperature, you need to monitor vcore.
CPU-Z will report on that.
Past 1.40 can be bad.
You will likely run out of vcore before you reach a temperature limit. 85c. is probably ok.
Test with OCCT which is a more representative mix of instructions.

Well,i ran it again with cpuz and looks like the core voltage is 1,520v when its just idle but once i run IBT on maximum it lowers the voltage to 1.4 ish and throttles down the cpu to around 3.7ghz once it reaches 75C or so.
Do i have to worry about this or does the cpu never reach this kind of stress level while playing AAA games?
