*1 GB NVIDIA GT630 DDR3 (owned)
*Intel Pentium Dual-Core E5400 @2.7Ghz (owned)
*4GB RAM DDR3 1066 MHz (owned)
*160 GB HDD @5,200 RPM (owned)

please suggest me a a favourable motherboard and PSU to build a new PC

and it did not boot

Im looking out for a DDR3 motherboard, the one which you mentioned is DDR2

oh... a board to go with that cpu is hard to find in America I am unsure where you would find one but it will be a used board most likely.
