I bought a new videocard "gigabyte rtx 2060 super gaming oc 8gb" and I wanna buy a new motherboard, because my old motherboard "asus prime b250m plus" can't reveal the full potential of the video card. So I want to see your proporsals.
I need a motherboard which will be able to reveal the full potential of my new videocard and which will support my Intel Core i7 7700k 7th generation.
Thank you
P.S. sorry for this English

I decided to buy Intel core i5 9600k and MB ASRock Z390 PRO4 mother board or MSI MPG Z390 GAMING PLUS. Which of them should I choose? What do you think?

So the only option is to buy a new processor and after a new mobo?
It depends upon how much you are willing to spend and what you aim to achieve.

Your current rig with an RTX 2060 will most likely be able to run 90% of the games at ultra level 1080p.

For 1440p at Ultra you are already in a bind since neither CPU or GPU nor RAM will hold up, You are Looking at most games at medium to high settings, which by no means is bad.

For 2160p get a new rig.

I need it to run all games on high settings 1080p with 60 fps. It's enough for me.

The RTX 2060 should be able to run everything at 1080p ultra since my 1060 GTX can
For example Horizon zero dawn my rtx 2060 super can't run it at ultra.. I play on high settings and sometimes I have freezes.. Witcher 3 on ultra too.. All the same I think to upgrade my cpu, motherboard and ram

u will get anyway...if u play only games go for ryzen and save money for other good parts psu, case good cooling system...dont save money on other parts...gpu is only one part in whole system and cant play role alone...
I play games, working in Photoshop and illustrator, sometimes I'm working in Adobe premire pro.. so intel cpu I think it's better for me..
