Help me with my build

HI;
I've been working on a build for over a couple of weeks and I've come to finalizing it to build my first computer, but I'm confused which Gtx 760 to buy.
MSI GTX Twin Frozr 760 or Evga GTX 760?

The only differences between them will be VERY minor, but i would personally go for twin frozr, because that'll cool better. However, EVGA is known for legendary customer support. Either way, its a difference of a amaximum of 3-4FPS, i doubt even that much. You wont feel it, trust me. Personally, id go for twin frozr, cause you know, better cooling. That being said, the twin frozr is sometimes known to be a little noisy.

😀 and can i water cool the msi gtx twin frozr 760?!
they say that Evga is better than msi 760 in terms of water cooling.
is it?

Idk about water cooling, never used it. Sorry :/
