Alright, either way, you won't be disappointed. You probably don't need such a powerful mobo and could use the saved money instead for maybe a 4930k.

I'd swap the Rampage for an ASRock X79 Extreme 6

I'd get 2133 ram

You only need a 600W psu so I'd get an Antec HCG 620M, AX 760 or Seasonic 650

I think the V8 coolers are too big. I like my CM Hyper slim 412 - 2 fans - better.

If you're going for X79 then get a 4930k. Else you'd be better off with lga1150 i7 4790k and ASRock Z97 Extreme 4

+1 for that, but the 600 W PSU may be a little bit meh with the 4930K and a 780 Ti if he really decides to overclock and maybe get a second GPU.

Voltage? You mean wattage? The AX860i is a great PSU. That would hold another 780 Ti, but a 600 W wouldn't.

The computer will only draw what it needs , it's fine and for 2 - 780ti's you need the Juice.

Classified GPUs are pretty much the best there is. You should get one of those. You won't be disappointed 😉

That should fit. You are going with such a high end processor that I am thinking that you should either go custom loop or an AiO like the Cooler Master Glacier 360, because it looks like your case supports it on the bottom there, and you would be able to overclock almost to 5 GHz probably with that.
