Help me with my build

I'm trying to build an ironside pc that can pretty much handle anything.
Like streaming, editing, gaming, etc.
Now I'm not really good at this stuff but this is what I have so

Nemesis advanced Case
Noise reduction - level 2
Internal lighting - Ironside LED strip

Processor - Intel core i5-7600k quad core
CPU cooling - iron tundra custom liquid cooling (CPU) (240mm radiator)
PC liquid coolant - purple coolant
Motherboard - ??
Memory- 32gb (2x16gb) DDR4 2133mhz
Primary Hard drive- Samsung 750 evo 250gb
Secondary Hard Drive - Western digital 2tb 7200 RPM
Graphics Card- Evga Geforce gtx 1080 sc gaming acx 3.0 8gb
Power Supply - Evga 600 watts 80 plus bronze
Operating System- windows 10 64 bit
Networking - standard onboard Ethernet (no WiFi)
Capture Card- elgato Capture HD60 pro

Here's my suggestions for the build:

-As of the motherboard.. Get something like the Gigabyte GA-z270x GAMING 5. It's a good motherboard, which has pretty everything you could want.
-Go for at least 16gb of RAM I'd say. opt for 32 if you'll need it. Maybe Corsair LPX.
-If you're going for a 1080p monitor DON'T go for the 1080. It's waaaay overkill. Get a 1440p 144hz monitor or a 4k monitor instead, or downgrade to 1060/1070. 1060 will do 1080p@60hz and 1070 1080p@144hz/1440p@60-144hz.
