Help me with my first build

Building my first build I have few questions
1) My case(cooler master k350) it’s case fan has both male n female molex cable.(it has only one fan in the front)
What do i do with the male cable?

2) some of my psu cables have multiple connectors in a single cable
Eg: I have only one hard drive but the psu cable has two connectors in a single cable. Should i buy new cable with only single connector or leave it as it is

You do nothing with the extra connector for the fan.
No need to buy anymore cables their made like that for more than one drive.
