Help me with my gaming mouse/cpu

Guys i need help, if you guys know i got a new mouse and had it on default 1000hz, i was dropping below fps, so i changed it to 500, it was ok 60-80 so is there anyway i could play with 500 on a higher fps? (AMD FX 6300 - GTX 1060 3GB ) Im on low settings btw

My mouse came with absolutely horrid software that caused problems while gaming. Try closing any programs you don't absolutely have to have open and see if that affects anything, some notorious for this are teamviewer, overwolf, and anti-virus, nvidia shadowplay/recording thing and most "game optimization" software.

it has something to do because with my old mouse my fps were fine, after i get my new mouse it starts dipping below 60 I have NO idea why
