Hello, thanks for interesting in my thread. I recently bought the g633 gaming headset of Logitech, I enjoyed it for a while until one day it decided to stop producing sound from the left speaker, which more of just being annoying also makes my left ear feel strange; of course I don't come here in hope for a doctor, but for an answer of what is happening.
First, I would like to know an explanation and a solution. I enjoyed the amazing comfort and sound from this headset, it worked perfectly, the last time it worked was the first day of this year (2016), I was gaming at 3:00 am as I ussually do, felt tired and went to sleep. Whem I woke up it stopped working. I have tried all different sound types provided by the LGS and turning them off. I have tried the balance thing for volume and didn't work, except for the first time, it worked for a little until it decided to stop again. The second time it worked was when Windows said something about an enhancment for my headset, this time it worked for something of an hour, but the same happened in the end. Lastly, the last time it worked was when I decided to uninstall the headset, and reinstall it, then reinstall the LGS, this time it worked for something of 7+ hours ans stopped again
My drivers and updates are up to date. I use the USB cable provided by Logitech. When I use the Jack the same happens, as well as in other devices, but by the fact that sometimes it works again I have hope. If not how can I use my warranty to try to get a replacement, if I can. I live in Mexico, I got it from Amazon USA.
OS: Windows 10 home, 64X
Thanks, any needed information just ask..

We would be best served if you could include your full systems specs.

Essentially it sounds like your system went through a mandatory Windows update after which the headset stopped working. Have you tried replicating the same issue on a system that is not Windows 10? If the Headset works fine on a system on a lower tiered OS such as Windows 7 or 8/8.1 then the Logitech headset is functioning properly and is a USB driver/hardware issue.

Hardware Issue
without knowing the extent of the age and (probably the)specs of your system I could stab a guess that the ports(USB or 3.5mm jacks) are malfunctioning.

Software Issue

Software Issue
This has been rampant with pretty much every system with a Realtek/VIA audio device and drivers. The drivers although meant for Windows 10 apparently kill any audio, produce muffled sounds or has a screeching output from audio device. You can also expect them to find no audio devices connected to your system. Chipset drivers may also play a hand in this if you are experiencing the issue with the headset connected via USB port.

You can rule out one factor i.e the OS's corruption by performing a system restore prior to the time/point the issue cropped up. You could also perform a repair install with your updates in place and then go about uninstalling and reinstalling your Logitech Software suite from here.

Regarding the RMA process, you should contact Logitech through their customer support under the warranty banner or through the dealers page on Amazon. My suggestion is to contact Logitech first and let them know you purchased it off Amazon and while doing so provide proof of your purchase and the authenticity of your issue/failure in device.
