So, I bought some of the new components for my system upgrade.

Seagate Barracuda 2TB
Cooler Master GX 550W PSU
Thermaltake Versa H21
Logitech G300 Gaming USB 2.0
Tt eSPORTS Challenger USB 2.0
Dell S2240L IPS

I'm buying a Zotac GT 610 Synergy Edition for now but I'm gonna buy Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon R9 270X with Boost OC 2 GB DDR5 Graphics Card . The processor (AMD FX 8350), RAM (G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) PC RAM (F3-12800CL10S-8GBXL), and I'm still stuck between a good mobo with durable, long-lasting, overclocking potential capability that is a Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3, MSI 970A-G46 or AsRock Extreme 3. I have some budget issues since I'm saving up to buy a decent Water Cooler or maybe a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO to tame my roaring FX 8350 and 3-4 120mm cabinet fans for better heat sink.

Can I play Watch Dogs with this GT 610, just 9 days to go for the game to hit the markets, too excited?

According to game debate you won't be able to play Watch Dogs - http://www.game-debate.com/games/index.php?g_id=4546&game=Watch%20Dogs witha GT610. The R9 270X and FX 8350 will let you in though. Get an Asus MA597, Extreme 4 or Gigabyte UD3 if you want to be able to overclock without problems - more power phases.

Get a better power supply if you don't want top be threading new problems here.

Solution
Get a refund on the psu or swap it for a Seasonic 520, XFX 550 oe Antec HCG 520M

And I already said "Get an Asus MA597, Extreme 4 or Gigabyte UD3 if you want to be able to overclock without problems"
Better still - get s 990fx chipset mobo.

What else do you need help with?

Nope, dottorrent did mention that Cooler Master GX II 450, 550, 650 Watts are currently un-tiered. I still have some luck left.
